First we come out
evaluate and measure the roof in order to give you a proper
quote. We provide roofing quotes not estimates, so the price
and conditions agreed to are what you pay. In other words,
when we come out and inspect the job we give you a quote based
on what we see at the time. If we believe that there might be
additional damage to the sheathing not visible because of the
covering we will inform you of such and quote you a per sheet
price for providing any need repairs prior to applying the
coverings.

The roofing process is simple and explained below:
- First
we perform a total tear off of all existing
roofing materials to include the shingles, the
felt paper, the ice and water shield, the rake and
drip edge, the flashings and all plumbing vent
boots.
- Then we inspect all
sheathing for damage and repair/replace damaged
areas as to the contract agreement. Major
sheathing damage is not covered in the actual
quote price of the job but is covered in an as per
sheet price and written on the contract agreement
when the job is quoted.
- We install new rake
edge, drip edge, ice and water shield; felt paper,
plumbing vent boots, flashings and fiberglass
asphalt shingles using architectural shingles.
- We
remove and discard all debris generated by the job
from your property.

| Because here in the
Pocono’s roofing is a weather permitting job we
provide and approximate start and end day. Unless
agreed to ahead of time any needed permits are to be
secured by the homeowner. We instruct out insurance
provider to fax any needed proof of insurance as
required by the governing agencies.
