started working with Mike when I purchased my home in the
Poconos about 2 years ago- Not knowing anyone in this area- it
was refreshing to find such an HONEST contractor! Mike's does

extremely reliable. Any time that I had an emergency at my

this is a vacation home and Im not up there all time.. its

We had a crawlspace in our home
insulated by Mike and we were thrilled we did so. He was
extremely prompt and professional. He was helpful and fast.
The insulation has made a HUGE help to some problems we were
having and has really helped us save on energy bills. We got
rid of all that itchy yucky insulation-- that was damp and
falling down-- and now can actually go into our crawl space
and feel the heat. We were thrilled with Mike and even more
thrilled with the results.

selling my house and as part of the process the Home
Inspector found a list of items that the buyer wanted
repaired prior to closing. With only 10 days to closing my

hired M T Contracting when I needed a new roof. Mike came
and gave me a detailed quote for the work. He explained
every aspect of the roofing process to my wife and myself.
They started the job on time and completed 2 days a head
of schedule. We've hired them again for a few more

- We
hired M T Contracting when our water heater stopped
working. We came up Friday on Easter weekend with our
family. There were 9 people in the house with no hot
water. My neighbor recommended M T Contracting. Mike came
over that evening sized up the problem and returned
Saturday morning with a new water heater. A few hours
later he had everything working and we had hot water. He
even flushed out our pressure tank before filling the new
water heater. I wasn't even charged an extra fee for
emergency service.

crew of M.T. Contracting just finished repairing out
crawlspace. They replace rotted joists, installed a new
vapor barrier and insulated the entire crawlspace. The
entire job only took them 2 days. I will certainly use
